Warm:
1min max burpees - 16
100 crunches
25 scissor kicks
25 (forgot name) side to side kicks
Workout:
10x clean & jerk @ 135 - 135
10x chest to bar pull ups - kipping jump
5x rounds
I'm really happy thy I used the full 135 on the clean & jerks. If this was a timed wod, it would have been much harder like it was during the competition. My jumping pull ups are also getting a lot easier.
